We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Management Lead with a robust background in network management to join our team.   The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience, a Bachelor's degree or higher, and a proven track record in agile workflow management and oversight.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in program management, with significant experience in network-related projects.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Skills and Expertise:
  • Extensive experience in agile workflow management, specifically with SAFe agile frameworks.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Project, Teams, and Azure DevOps for task tracking, prioritization, and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee change management processes, ensuring seamless task tracking and process flow.
  • Experience in handling various task management platforms, including Kanban boards, Remedy, and others as required.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of managing projects efficiently within teams, and comfortable leading from within.
  • The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in managing complex projects across various platforms, and possess strong leadership skills to drive network-related programs to success.
