ROLE DESCRIPTION:

I am looking for a solid, self-motivated, team member to be a part of our sales team. This position REQUIRES previous remote sales experience working for a State Farm Agent, with a proven track record.
We are goal oriented but also want to be sure that we offer what the customer needs, so being able to "pivot" over to other lines is crucial. This is a great opportunity for the right person and can be very lucrative, since there is no cap on monthly commissions.
There are daily, weekly and monthly goals to achieve for each team member, as well as the overall office goals.

I am Alan Neal and I am an independent contractor agent for State Farm and any employment offered will be working for Alan Neal State Farm Agency, and not State Farm.
State Farm agents market only State Farm Insurance and financial service products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about State Farm insurance products
  • Develop leads, make calls from internet leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Follow word tracks for best results and increased sales
  • Willingness to learn and motivated to succeed
QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 2 years insurance sales experience
    • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
    • People person
    • Self-motivated
    • Money motivated
    • Goal-oriented
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Property and Casualty license
    • Life and Health license

BENEFITS:
  • Base salary + commission
