Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer questions and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, returns, exchanges, and track shipments as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
