WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Director of Strategy will shape and drive the strategic direction of our client engagements. This role involves producing compelling decks for new clients, crafting engaging brand stories, building presentations for new and existing clients, and presenting these strategies in client pitches. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of experiential marketing, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful presentations.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Xperience Officer to develop and execute strategic plans aligning with client objectives.
  • Produce high-quality, visually compelling decks for client proposals and pitches.
  • Inspire breakthrough programs to drive brand and business results.
  • Create persuasive brand stories that inspire exceptional work and resonate with target audiences.
  • Build and refine presentations to enhance brand experiences.
  • Present strategies and creative concepts to clients, communicating the value and impact of our solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and utilize findings to influence strategy planning and recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful strategy execution.
  • Develop measurement frameworks, reports, and optimizations.
  • Analyze clients to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry and technological trends, cultural shifts, and consumer behavior.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy development within an experiential marketing agency or similar environment
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering successful marketing strategies and client presentations
