Catholic Charities New Hampshire is seeking a part-time Community Services Coordinator to join our team in Manchester, NH. We aid individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life and faith backgrounds. Our mission is to heal, comfort, and empower those in need through various programs and outreach services.


Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking assistance at our office.

· Provide basic information, referral services, and assist with the intake process for clients.

· Help clients clarify their needs, understand their options, and refer them to appropriate resources.

· Handle special requests from elderly or seriously disabled clients with care and compassion.

· Identify clients who may benefit from intensive case management and refer them to appropriate resources.

Requirements:

· Commitment to clients' welfare and a general understanding of social services practices and resources.

· Bachelor's Degree preferred, or an Associate's Degree with experience in a healthcare or social services office environment.

· Spanish speaking fluency is a plus.

· Basic bookkeeping skills.

· Intermediate-level skills in MS Office software and database software programs.
