Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a key member of our hospital team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity and ensuring excellent communication with associates and clients.
  • Coordinate the care of clients and pets, promoting a welcoming and efficient experience.
  • Actively recruit new clients, promoting hospital services and ensuring superior client care.
  • Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, educating clients about their pet's health and hospital services.
  • Manage finances, maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year related experience required, with customer service preferred.
  • Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.
