Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy aligned with Augmentjobs' overall business objectives.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve e-commerce goals and drive innovation.
Identify and capitalize on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to enhance the e-commerce presence.
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Optimize online sales processes, including website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
Manage the e-commerce budget, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
Digital Marketing & Growth:
Drive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to increase traffic and sales.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Analyze customer data and market research to refine marketing strategies and personalize customer interactions.
Technology & Innovation:
Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of e-commerce technologies and platforms.
Work closely with IT and development teams to enhance website functionality, performance, and security.
Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Customer Experience:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
10 to 15 years of progressive experience in e-commerce, with a focus on strategic management and leadership.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Technical Skills:
