Job Title: E-commerce Director

Job Summary

The E-commerce Director will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and success of CorDx's e-commerce business. This role will oversee all aspects of the online sales and customer experience, leading a team and collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase online sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the design, functionality, and performance of the company's e-commerce website.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the e-commerce team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Digital Marketing and Promotion: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand visibility online.
  • Product Management: Work closely with the product team to ensure accurate and compelling product listings and descriptions.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service throughout the online shopping journey.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Chinese Bilingual required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Must have Amazon experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving significant growth in an e-commerce business.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
