Job Brief:

As a Lewis Automotive Group Lube Technician, you'll find the opportunities, resources, and support you need to grow and develop professionally. Our dealership is concerned with more than moving inventory; we are committed to your success and invested in your future.

Responsibilities:

  • Injects grease into units such as springs, universal joints, and steering knuckles using hand or compressed air powered grease gun
  • Inspects fluid level of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axle housing, and shackles
  • Checks air pressure of tires and rotates tires
  • Lubricates moving parts with specified lubricants. Sprays leaf spring with lubricant using spray gun
  • Drains oil from crankcase and refills crankcase with required amount of oil
  • Replaces oil and air filters
  • Packs wheel bearings
  • Works in a cooperative and professional manner with all personnel
  • Maintains a professional demeanor while on the job and treats customers in a courteous manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Specific Requirements:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
  • All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner. 
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
