Job Summary

We're seeking an Appointment Coordinator to support our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Automotive Service Department. The ideal candidate will be a take-charge person who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and establish a positive rapport.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule service appointments, and conduct follow-up calls.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for repair services.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards.
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers with service and warranty needs.
  • Listen to customers, answer their questions, and direct them accordingly.
  • Advise on recommended maintenance and confirm scheduled appointments.
  • Respond promptly to customer phone calls, online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
Requirements and Skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a high-pressure environment.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Valid driver's license.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service roles.
