Due to continued growth, Atlas Excavating, Inc. is seeking full-time Field Engineers to work throughout the Central Indiana Area. This position works on jobsites monitoring and coordinating daily activities with Foreman and Project Management, ensuring all phases of construction comply with all building standards, specification, design, and company processes. Assists in evaluating field problems, development of project schedules, contributes to site oversight and quantity tracking for billing purposes. The position will learn aspects of being a foreman and project manager and may springboard to these or other positions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years prior experience in a similar position, and/or an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction; BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proven work ethic.
