Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a prominent safety representative at client work sites.
  • Engage in all safety initiatives at the work site or rig.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and management of well control equipment and barrier-testing operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to optimize testing processes.
  • Document and monitor all procedures related to surface and subsea testing operations.
  • Develop Base Schematic Design (BSD) files, wellbore schematics, and comprehensive test plans.
  • Manage equipment and network installations across various field environments.
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues on-site and escalate complex problems to the Real-Time Operations Center (RTOC) and Operations Manager.
  • Adhere strictly to all operational processes to maintain high service delivery standards.
  • Understand client needs and identify opportunities for enhanced customer support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Willingness to receive necessary vaccinations.
  • Maintain required safety and training certifications to perform field functions.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends, and work extended hours.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and proof of adequate vehicle insurance.
  • Complete the field training program successfully.
  • Capability to work offshore and travel via helicopter and boat.
  • Ability to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), HUET/BOSIET certification, and a USA Passport.
  • Pass the required medical examination for offshore work.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice to various locations worldwide for extended periods.
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF creation, and proprietary software.
  • Skills in computer troubleshooting, networking, and hardware repair.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the oil and gas sector with knowledge of drilling, completions, intervention, and plug and abandonment operations.
