Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Change Management Partner:
  • Support the development and implementation of change management plans and strategies across various projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on change initiatives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to influence and foster positive reception and adoption of organizational changes.
  • Assist in creating communication plans and materials to support the change management process.
  • Track and report progress on change management activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Required Skills for the Change Management Partner:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in crafting and delivering effective communication strategies.
