Job Duties:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide day-to-day IT technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the company.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to understand their IT needs and develop solutions that align with our business goals.
  • Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability for various business applications.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on new technologies and applications to enhance their technical skills and productivity.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruption to business operations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, systems, and solutions to ensure clarity and consistency.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and system administration, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other related technologies. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a casual and collaborative environment, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and respect.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing technology and business needs, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
