Responsibilities
  • Insurance verification for chiropractic benefits

  • Explain fees to patients and accept payment

  • Perform data entry in the clinics computer systems
  • Perform laser therapy treatments and teach office components (traction, wobbling, etc)
  • Answer the phone at the clinic
  • Greet patients when they enter the clinic
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
  • Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
Requirements
  • Customer service experience
