Key Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance coverage for chiropractic services
- Engage in financial discussions with patients
- Clarify fees to patients and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing entries
- Conduct data entry in clinic management systems
- Administer laser therapy treatments and instruct on office procedures (traction, wobbling, etc.)
- Manage incoming calls at the clinic
- Welcome patients upon arrival
- Coordinate patient appointment scheduling
- Gather comprehensive health histories from patients
- Inform patients about available products and handle transactions
- Support Chiropractors during treatment sessions
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
