Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for maintaining site safety, ensuring the wellbeing of both workers and visitors, while also overseeing adherence to established site regulations and corporate safety protocols.
  • Openness to travel
  • Responsible for the strategic planning, organization, execution, and supervision of daily construction site operations.
  • Supervise entire production process, ensuring quality standards are met and making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, project managers, and clients, fostering effective communication.
  • Monitor performance to guarantee alignment with plans, specifications, and work directives.
  • Support Project Managers in project setup, encompassing logistical, planning, and operational facets.
  • Conduct thorough inspections, assess project status, and furnish progress reports to Project Manager concerning costs and timelines.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective project completion, while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Manage quality control measures, maintain statutory documentation, and ensure compliance with contract terms, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Identify issues and offer innovative solutions and recommendations.
  • Perform additional associated tasks as designated.
  • Interviews and hires site workers
  • Supervise, lead, and develop the assigned site staff
  • Prepares work schedules and assignments
  • Communicates and enforces safety procedures and site rules.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of foundation construction experience with at least 3 years in ground improvement 
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards
  • OSHA 30
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both oral and written
