Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the overall program strategy for analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of analytics projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and budgets.
  • Ensure that analytics projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of analytics programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and consultants, to support program objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in analytics, project management, or program management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data analytics best practices.
