Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the data analytics team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development.

  • Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Implement and maintain data management and governance practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and guide strategic decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage analytics-related budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analytics or a related role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated experience with data visualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Experience with data management, data warehousing, and data governance best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
