The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, HR practices, and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of people analytics strategies and initiatives to support HR and organizational goals.
- Manage and analyze HR data from various sources, including employee surveys, performance metrics, and workforce planning tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key HR metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify key questions and data needs, and design analytical solutions to address them.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data that inform strategic decisions and drive improvements.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance talent management, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and reporting tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in people analytics and HR data management.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on people analytics findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external data providers and consultants as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field (Master's or advanced certification in analytics preferred).
- Proven experience as a People Analytics Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing and analyzing HR data.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and data management best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
