This position is pivotal in ensuring our guests receive the best possible experience from the moment they step into our spa.

Schedule
  • The Receptionist will be scheduled to work Monday through Wednesday and Friday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal organization of guest services.
  • Check guests in and out, facilitating a smooth flow for services.
  • Support management with various administrative tasks and contribute to team meetings.
  • Create engaging content for our social media platforms, driving interaction and promoting our services.
  • Maintain meticulous records of daily transactions, including sales and tips.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of 1 year of receptionist experience in a medical or spa setting preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills and social media, with the ability to produce creative and effective online content.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Openness to feedback and a strong desire for professional growth.
Compensation and Benefits
  • This contract position offers a base hourly wage of $16.00, with the potential to earn between $16.96 and $20.43 per hour based on performance.
