As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiting and HR Administrator to join our team, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and HR documentation processes.

Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to assist our recruiting and HR documentation functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, onboarding processes, and HR documentation management. Compensation:

$24 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand personnel needs and recruitment priorities

Onboarding and Orientation

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations
  • Coordinate training schedules and ensure the necessary resources are available for new employees
  • Ensure effective communication between HR and other departments regarding recruitment and onboarding activities

HR Documentation

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Process HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and other relevant paperwork
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Address employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and policies

Other

  • Collaborate with the HR team to resolve employee relations issues and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee events and recognition programs
Qualifications:
  • Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
