At MDH Network, we support adult Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, medical conditions, and/or behavioral challenges. With over 30 residential facilities (“homes”), and supportive, non-residential programs located throughout Southern California, we strive to support the Individuals live their best lives.

Our Community Integration Program is a social inclusion service that helps Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities participate in community life – schools, neighborhoods, jobs, recreation, or congregations. In this way, participants can connect to and establish a valued role within their community and gain the skills needed to find employment, to continue education, improve health and wellness, and learn essential social skills.

Reporting to the Program Director, this position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a program committed to providing the highest level of quality customer service to all Individuals through a team of Field Trainers, Field Supervisors, and Community Support Professionals by accomplishing the following:

  • providing leadership and supervision of teams that provide a person-center approach to support Individuals located throughout the greater Burbank area, and
  • overseeing and monitoring the field team member’s implementation of Individual Program Plans (“IPPs”) and Individual Support Plans (“ISPs”) to comply with program goals, regulations, and HCBS guidelines.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a background in supervising programs that advocate for Individuals, promote their independence, and integrate them into the community. Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience working with Individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or forensic involvement
  • Minimum three (3) years of supervisory/management experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working with regional centers
  • Strong supervisory skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with direct reports and business partners

Pay Range: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
