Automotive Service Manager

Position Overview: We seek an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in automotive service management.
Job Requirement:Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and inspire the service team, setting clear goals and expectations while providing guidance and support. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective service delivery, and adherence to company standards and industry best practices. Growth & Development: Identify and implement strategies for department growth and improvement, leveraging opportunities for professional development and career advancement for team members. Customer Relations: Manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction through exceptional service. Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and develop actionable plans to address any areas of concern. Communication: Foster open, transparent communication within the team and with customers, ensuring a collaborative and respectful work environment. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Service Manager or Car Care Manager with a successful track record. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with both customers and team members. Challenge-Oriented: A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong desire to tackle challenges and drive improvements. Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
