Automotive Lot Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Automotive Lot Coordinator to oversee the management of our dealership's vehicle inventory and parking area. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in receiving new vehicle shipments, organizing and positioning vehicles to maximize space efficiency, and ensuring the lot remains tidy and free of debris.

Ideal candidates are adept at multitasking, possess strong organizational skills, and maintain a high level of accuracy in their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain vehicles in a clean and presentable condition, ensuring they are fueled
  • Keep the lot organized, clean, and free from litter
  • Strategically arrange and park vehicles in designated locations
  • Ensure new vehicles display appropriate factory and addendum stickers
  • Verify that pre-owned vehicles have model year stickers and certified banners
  • Manage vehicle keys and generate nightly reports
  • Communicate any issues to the supervisor promptly
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential for this role, in addition to the following:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings
  • Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Exceptional organizational abilities

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess an Operator Driver's License (must be insurable).
