Key Responsibilities
  • Part Sales and Inventory Management
    • Determine customer needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
    • Record warranty parts returned and maintain accurate inventory records
    • Create special ordered parts and notify advisors, technicians, or clients upon receipt
    • Review special order parts tracking and process invoices
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
    • Communicate effectively with advisors, technicians, and other dealership staff
  • Warehouse and Inventory Management
    • Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory and maintain accurate records
    • Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of dealership parts experience and/or training preferred
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly
    • Regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms
