Farmers Insurance - Ana Alvarez Agency is rapidly growing and expanding. We are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking a Part-time position with the opportunity to be full-time based on how fast you learn.


Our Customer Service Sales Representative Individual will provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, process policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. Sales are also implemented, as well as marketing events, and generate new leads.


Customer and employee success and satisfaction are our top two priorities. The two go hand-in-hand, and as they complement each other, they create an external and internal army of brand ambassadors.


This position also involves


Insurance and office experience are required. Although having your insurnace license is not needed at the time of hiring, you must get your P&C licensed within 60 days of probation. Spanish- English is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Return all phone messages promptly.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Claims follow-up calls.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.

Requirements
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Be equipped with excellent listening and closing skills.
  • Bilingual. Fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
  • A background check is submitted before any process.
  • If not licensed, willing to get licensed with the California Department of Insurance within 60 days.
