A phenomenal, full-time opening has come available for a Logistics Coordinator to join an international consumer goods company that has been in business for over 150+ years in the Hawthorne, CA area. This terrific opportunity offering a generous base salary, competitive insurance plans, 401K plan, PTO, and other outstanding perks.


The coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Effectively track and communicate updates between Customer Service, Logistics, and accounting teams
  • Assist with Logistics by communicating upcoming sales orders with Customer Service for warehouse preparation and shipment
  • Organize regular meetings with departments to discuss each others challenges and identify resolutions
  • Assist with managing international sales orders and shipments, as well as orders shipped from US
  • Assist international inventory control and purchasing within Oracle NetSuite platform
  • Assist all purchases and inventory into EDI and NetSuite ERP system
  • Navigate complex Excel documents including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs


Preferred skill/ experiences include:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Logistics Coordination experience in the Consumer goods industry is a MUST
  • Strong understanding of Logistics/Purchasing processes i.e., booking containers, scheduling, importing, processing, and flowing goods to multiple locations globally is a MUST
  • Excellent communication skills to track and communicate updates between Customer Service, Logistics, and accounting teams is a MUST
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems Oracle NetSuite & MS Excel is a MUST
  • Understand seasonality and successfully forecast up to 1 year out is a PLUS
  • Bachelors Degree in Operations, Business/Finance/Purchasing, Logistics or related is DESIRED
