Member Services Volunteer

POSITION SUMMARY:

As Member Services Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by assisting with filing, cleaning, and member check-ins. Your support will directly contribute to creating a welcoming and organized environment for our members and staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Filing and Organization: Help us stay organized by assisting with filing and organizing important documents.
  2. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep our facility looking its best by pitching in with light cleaning tasks. This may include dusting, sweeping, mopping, and other light cleaning tasks as needed.
  3. Member Check-ins: Greet members with a smile and check them in with enthusiasm. You will be the first friendly face they see
  4. Assist with Special Projects: Assist with special events and projects, adding your special touch to create memorable experiences for our members. Get ready to have a blast while making a difference

  • Super-friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to rock a smile and make everyone feel welcome
  • Enthusiasm for helping others and providing exceptional customer service
  • Team player attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Flexible scheduling available. Whether you can volunteer for a few hours a week or a few days a month, we'd love to have you on our team
