Key Responsibilities- Represent the volunteers and advocate for volunteer services
- Identify needs for volunteers and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Recruit and manage a team of volunteers
- Assign volunteers to patients and families based on their needs and skills
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or four years of related experience
- Healthcare or hospice experience preferred
- Previous volunteer experience preferred
- Ability to operate computer, facsimile equipment, copier, and cell phone
- CPR Certification
- Current automobile insurance and valid driver's license
