Responsibilities for the Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Enter and update customer orders, inquiries, and related information in SAP and Salesforce systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and address customer concerns.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications of Customer Service/ Data Entry Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with large ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in navigating digital platforms; skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Suite environments
- Advanced Excel proficiency
Salary:$24-$28 per hour
