We are currently accepting applications for Warehouse Night Supervisor Operations to work at our Bartlett, Il facility. As our Warehouse Night Supervisor you will be responsible for providing day to day oversight:

Receiving Functions

  • Schedule inbound shipments and prioritize loads
  • Break down commodities using the tie/high criteria
  • Separate products by commodity and USDA standards for organic and conventional products
  • Inspect the inbound vehicle for possible contamination issues and temperature check
  • Inspect each product for damage, quality, and temperature
  • Verify commodity counts with the buyers’ Purchase Order and document any quality, damage, temperature, or count discrepancies with photographic and other support documentation
  • Manage the WMS to identify inbound products for tracking and traceability
  • Manage the RF Scanning System during the receiving process to match shipments to purchases
  • Rotate products using FIFO criteria
  • Maintain the warehouse for shipping accessibility to product

Shipping Functions

  • Analyze product fulfillment opportunities by utilizing product inventory levels and inbound “Just-in-Time” product projections
  • Ensure loading capacity on trucks and communicate discrepancies
  • Select customer orders and assigned to proper trailer using the RF scanning system
  • Build proper pallet loads using Palletization produce pro system functions.
  • Reconcile all product orders prior to shipment and collect all short ship products upon arrival

Team & Culture Development Functions

  • Oversee the hiring, developing and managing the performance of warehouse team members
  • Collaborate and excel in working with other functional areas to create efficient and effective processes for servicing customers
  • Maintain organized, written employee training, coaching, discipline, and safety investigation records in coordination with the Night Operations Manager, VP of Operations, and Human Resources.
  • Ensure and foster an environment of food safety, warehouse safety, team culture, and OSHA compliance.

Other Functions:

  • Obtain user and trainer certification on appropriate material handling equipment
  • Maintain regular and satisfactory full-time attendance
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the Night Operations Manager, and VP Of Operations and other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education:

  • Bilingual: Spanish is plus.
  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • 2 to 4 plus years in a supervisory role prior experience is preferred.
  • Recent and successful experience in manufacturing or distribution operations.
  • Proficient skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems

Physical Demands:

  • Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Saturdays off and one day during the week.


Work Schedule:

  • 6th day as need for growth/coverage
  • 40 Plus Hours
  • Some mandatory Holiday work include
  • Saturdays off and one day during the week.
  • Start time is 6:00pm to 7:00pm, depending on the day till completed.
  • This is an in-person position
