The Warehouse Operations Team Supervisor is responsible for managing personnel within their designated area to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies. This role involves supporting the Management Team in the daily operations of the distribution center, overseeing a team of operators, and ensuring that the distribution center operates efficiently to meet business objectives.

Core Responsibilities
• Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting.
• Aid in maintaining an efficient warehouse operation that meets operational and customer demands while achieving set objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines according to production schedules.
• Support the training of new warehouse associates within the assigned area.
• Proactively address and resolve issues as they arise, escalating to senior management when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to minimize errors and waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare packing stations for operational readiness.
• Assist pickers in optimizing transition times between order batches.
• Manage orders that require special handling.
• Oversee the picking of bulk orders utilizing powered industrial equipment.
• Generate nightly reports on errors and production metrics.
• Conduct product relocations and bin audits as required.

Education: High School Diploma required.

Understanding of customer deliverables and the implications of quality failures. Excellent planning abilities and a track record of meeting targets and deadlines. Attention to detail is critical.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is required.
