Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Optibelt Corporation. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trucks, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts and other equipment.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or convey orders to the packing station or shipping department.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.
  • Mark materials with identifying information for shipping and/or receiving.
  • Clean and maintain a clean work area, and operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
  • Complete daily logs, and be responsible for quality control, ensuring that no damaged product is sent out.
  • Drive a forklift (as directed by the Supervisor, we provide training and certify our drivers).
Requirements
  • Punctual and dependable, with very good organizational skills.
  • Ability to think logically, and know and understand basic Math and English.
  • Understand written procedures, and have basic computer knowledge.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • The employee must be respectful of other employees, and authorized to work in the U.S.
