We are on the hunt for a versatile Marketing & Sales Coordinator to develop campaigns and projects that enhance brand engagement and drive business expansion. This role is ideal for a multifaceted marketing specialist who thrives on creating innovative content and driving business development.

Compensation: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 Base with Realistic Bonus Potential to reach +/- $100,000.00

Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination and Networking:
    • Represent the company at trade shows, industry association meetings, and networking events.
    • Coordinate event logistics, including registration, display materials, and promotional items.
    • Arrange meetings with potential and existing clients during and post-events to strengthen business relationships and explore new opportunities.
    • Follow up with contacts made at events to foster relationships and develop leads.
  • Digital Marketing and Content Creation:
    • Update and maintain the company's website to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
    • Create and publish monthly blog posts highlighting industry trends, company news, and relevant topics.
    • Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms, including content creation, post scheduling, and engagement analytics.
  • Business Development Support:
    • Follow up with leads generated from marketing initiatives and events to assess potential opportunities.
    • Research potential leads and determine the contact information of individuals influential in making decisions about commercial roofing.
    • Call, email, and message contacts to schedule discovery meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
    • Analyze website and social media traffic to optimize our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS, social media, AI, and analytics software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to attend events and meetings as required.
