Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related or relevant field preferred.

  • Experience in nonprofit organizations is helpful.

  • A proven track record of championing equity and inclusivity.

  • Experience with Digital Navigator work or similar programs is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • High level of interpersonal and ethical skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.

  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse team.

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail in composing and editing materials, including grant writing and other fundraising efforts.

  • Display active listening skills (e.g., reflecting, body language, asking for clarification, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently, including managing multiple projects and deadlines and proactively identifying and completing tasks.

  • Ability to collaborate on informal and formal team-based projects.

  • Proficient with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Additional Notes

This position is currently funded for 12-months, and will be in-person in our Baltimore, Maryland office. May include travel to Digital Navigator sites and upcoming conferences, including but not limited to: “Net Inclusion-2025” in Phoenix, AZ, May 20-22, 2025.

Computer Skills

  • Demonstrate electronic document workflow skills such as document creation, file saving, file copying, making duplicates or backup copies, file downloading file naming and locating files using Google Workspace.

  • Demonstrate ability to formulate appropriate questions to seek out technical support in a timely manner.

  • Strategies to retain technical information as relevant to job function, such as the ability to recall technical instructions, policies and procedures.

  • Familiarity with navigating data management and reporting systems (i.e. Salesforce, Asana, Notion, etc.).

  • Computer and Keyboard skills, Working with MS Office and Google Suite (Create, format, save, and edit documents)

  • Use external drives, such as flash drives

  • Transfer and share cloud files, such as Google Drive, and Notion

  • Understanding of Digital Safety and Security, Email etiquette, & Basic Computer Skills.

Compensation

Compensation for this full-time position is $50,000 annually.

This position is currently funded for 12-months.
