Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Program Definition, Execution, and Coordination:

  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, deliverables, resources, and risks.
  • Manage schedules and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee program execution and regularly update stakeholders on achievements, challenges, and necessary adjustments.
  • Take detailed meeting notes, prepare, and distribute minutes promptly.
  • Gather and organize meeting materials to facilitate productive discussions.
  • Ensure all meeting documentation is accurate and accessible to relevant stakeholders for future reference.


Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Foster collaborative communication channels and motivate project team members.
  • Align all stakeholders on strategy, business priorities, and approach to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and communications to all levels, ensuring a clear understanding of corporate communications theory and practice.


Change Management and Problem Solving:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for planning and executing complex efforts.
  • Anticipate, identify, and solve a range of complex problems with broad business impact.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure adoption and minimize resistance to new processes and systems.
  • Exhibit conceptual and innovative thinking to develop effective solutions.


Risk and Resource Management:

  • Manage project risks through the development, maintenance, and revision of reports and tracking tools.
  • Use approved methodologies and available tools to identify potential problems before they occur.
  • Optimize resource capacity and manage project constraints related to time and scope.
  • Ensure accountability for project success by verifying progress and removing barriers.


Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement:

  • Document project processes, best practices, and success stories.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing through training sessions and comprehensive documentation.
  • Implement and enhance best practices, building out new processes, policies, and systems to realize efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Measure program impact on efficiency, data accuracy, decision-making quality, and user satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, with expertise in strategic and operational planning for large, complex projects.
  • Experience with PowerPoint
  • Experience managing a data transformation helpful
  • Experience with OneData or Snowflake (or similar tools) preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • High degree of self-motivation, organizational agility, and business acumen.
  • Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and facilitation skills.
  • Engineering background is a plus.
