$22 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
  • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner
  • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment
  • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
  • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts

  • Maintain the grounds with your team and appropriate use of outside contractors
  • Assist in budgeting and strategy for the Maintenance Department for the year
  • Build and maintain preventative maintenance schedules
  • Project-based infrastructure improvements
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
  • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
  • Experience with facilities management software is preferred
  • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary

  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry and grounds maintenance required
  • Hot tub maintenance experience preferred
