The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks & communicate effectively, and work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to Managing Partners including scheduling, drafting emails, letters, memos, meeting management, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with office management including maintenance, cleaning, office supplies, supply contracts, and more.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage company events and meetings including quarterly board meetings, as well as onsite and offsite meetings.
  • Meeting preparation for all meetings and following up on action items.
  • Collaborates and communicates with all staff members, clients, and organization members.
  • Additional duties as assigned and needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
