Your Role:

As our Production Support Specialist, you will work closely with our repairs, warranty, and construction trades departments. You will ensure projects are scheduled and completed efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and help guide our team to achieve monthly goals. This bilingual role requires proficiency in both Spanish and English. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Monitor project efficiency and manage project backlog
  • Coordinate schedules
  • Draft correspondence and handle incoming calls
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations and meeting materials
  • Perform clerical tasks such as invoicing, report writing, memo drafting, letter composition, and spreadsheet management
  • Attend meetings, deliver presentations, and take detailed notes
  • Complete all tasks assigned by your manager
