Registered Client Service Associate

Position Overview
The goal of the Registered Client Service Associate is to provide client and support services for BT Wealth Advisors. The role will provide exceptional, efficient, and courteous service associated with the operations and management of BT Wealth Advisors and its clients.
Responsibilities
Client Support:
- Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication with clients, processing client requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance and making sure key information and documentation remains current.
- Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting client information and required documentation, and processing money movement transactions.
- Confirm authorization and authenticate client when processing requests.
- Review and take appropriate action on client account alerts.
Other:
- Perform administrative duties that support Wealth Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to: telephone coverage, coordination of client meetings and file & calendar maintenance.
- Regularly seek opportunities to use resources for peer sharing and collaborating with Wealth Advisors.
- Partner with Wealth Advisors in developing a business plan and delivering against a client service model.
- Support the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of industry experience or education in related field
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess broad knowledge of financial products and services
- Experience working with financial planning software such as e-Money or MoneyGuidePro
- College degree preferred
