Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Boston, MA. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our sustainable energy solutions to businesses and individuals in the Boston area.

At Universal Energy Solutions, we are committed to providing clean and renewable energy solutions to our customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in educating potential clients about the benefits of our energy products and services, identifying their specific needs, and offering tailored solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience, preferably in the energy industry, is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Promote and demonstrate our energy products and services to potential customers, emphasizing their value and benefits.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the energy or renewable industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and technology.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Residence in or near the Boston, MA area.
