We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team in New Jersey. This is an on-site position. The Business System Analyst will support MANE's suite of business systems and users. The position reports to the IT Director and working with other employees in the department. We utilize SAP, Aprisio Flexnet MES and other MANE-developed applications to complete the suite of systems. The Business Systems Analyst will work with key company leaders to gather business requirements in order to translate into systems technical solutions. This position will work with local and global IT personnel to troubleshoot, test and provide training. MANE is based in France with US headquarters in New Jersey. You will be supporting our New Jersey based production, Sales and R&D facilities and other operations locations as needed. We will place a special emphasis on your business intelligence, customer service, organizational skills, attention to detail, and “broad reach” of System Analyst skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather and facilitate business process discussions and solution design
  • Work closely with operations teams and business partners to understand required system functionality, pain points and request application improvements
  • Manage, train and test new releases into production
  • Troubleshooting and support of end users with their corresponding business system applications
  • Root cause analysis for data integrity issues across multiple systems
  • Work with global IT teams to represent regional system enhancement requests
  • Develop and maintain system testing procedures and processes
  • Review ERP suite with IT staff for support training and procedure improvements
  • Enhance and maintain reporting, output document forms and label design as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical field preferred or a combination of equivalent work and technical certifications.
  • Minimum of 8 years of technology experience in a customer-focused manufacturing or service environment with experience in a Fragrance or flavor industry preferred.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years working with business owners to define work processes
  • 5 years as a Systems Analyst or a role that embodies that type of work
  • 5 years supporting various SAP ECC versions with preferred minimum of two full cycle implementations experience in SAP PP, MM, WM, IM or QM modules
  • 3 years supporting IT requirements for manufacturing and warehousing operational teams
  • 3 years designing software testing procedures
  • 1 year developing KPI’s or other business metrics or dashboards
  • 1 year with Infoview Business Objects or ad hoc report creation (PowerBI experience a plus )
  • 1 year with workflow management software and development
  • Customer service and team oriented attitude required
  • Clear written and oral communication required
  • Highly organized and task oriented
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentially
