Job description

Position: Administrative Assistant for Religious Education (must be proficient in speaking both in English and in Spanish)

Time Frame: Part-time

Reports to: Director of religious education


Religious Education:

  • Responsible for correspondence with families enrolled in Prep.
  • Responsible for aiding in the program for adults in the OCIA.
  • Assist with the day-to-day tasks, including attendance, maintaining and updating the PDS system, filing, and Staff support.
  • Will assist on days of parish events, such as sacraments, student retreats, etc., responsible for assisting wherever needed
