Schorie Auto Repair in East Mesa is currently interviewing for a professional Business Development Representative. Task & Purpose

The Business Development Center Representative is responsible for receiving all incoming calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments. You'll be responsible for working directly with our Service Advisors, Service Technicians and Customers, to assure that our service facility flows smoothly. You'll be assisting our service team, scheduling appointments, and following up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction in a fun, dynamic, team environment

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service: Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, via email or text, and in person. Manage the customer service to provide an exceptional experience.

Other Tasks: Fill in on tasks as needed to maintain the flow of the shop. Examples could be: checking out customers, road tests, shuttling customers, or other tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

Organizational & Focus Skills: Must be able to work and complete work tasks in a timely fashion in an environment that has constant distractions and interruptions. Having strong organizational and follow-up skills is a must.

Computer Knowledge: Must possess a working knowledge of how to use a Windows computer and common office software products.

Communication Skills: Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to communicate in English fluently, both in verbal and written form.

Clean, Professional Appearance: We're a believer in relationships, with our fellow team members and customers the professional nature of what you do, matters.
