Account Executive/State Director:

About this job:

The Account Executive/State Director will play a pivotal role in steering Exacta’s strategic direction, operations, and growth within the state. This role involves overseeing business development, marketing strategies, regulatory compliance, and team leadership in the region. The position will be crucial in expanding our market presence and ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall operations and business activities in the state.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory operators, existing and potential customers, and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal gaming regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide regular reports to the VP of Operations on state operations and performance.
  • Coordinates recurring meetings between Exacta customers and Exacta engineering, IT, and Operations.
  • Assigns tasks to in state service and support team members.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the HHR.
  • Proven track record of business growth and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
