Requirements
- Able to train and supervise others
- Ability to work 10 -12 hour days if needed
- Dependable
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus
- Prior construction experience a plus
- Prior Multi-Family experience a plus
- Prior knowledge of the Underground/Slab Plumbing process
- Willingness to work in a construction environment
- Must be willing to travel out of town as needed
The individual must have good communication skills. Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage unexpected changes and/or situations. Must be able to follow instructions; respond to management direction. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Must be willing to work in an environment where they will be exposed to uncomfortable temperatures(hot/cold).
