SVP, Private Client Service Practice Manager

They are seeking an SVP Operations, Private Client Services professional to level-up their operations. Reporting to the COO, this role will have up to 3 direct reports and 45 indirect reports to which they are beholden to asses and establish processes, procedures, training, and overall vision.


Essential functions:

Develop and execute strategic planning for the Private Client Services organization to improve the overall client experience, team productivity and quality.

Guide the development of policies to ensure client satisfaction and lead key client service initiatives. Maintain in-depth familiarity with industry best practices and identify opportunities to implement them as appropriate.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve training on processes and applications to ensure client service team has the right tools to be successful.

Sustain knowledge of department, applications, processes and compliance policies through the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.

Design, track and seek continuous improvement through private client service scorecards and KPIs.

Use extensive industry knowledge to foresee needed improvements related to client experience.

Partner with other areas of the firm and participate in the rollout of new applications and processes as they are developed and introduced.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.

More than 7 years of total work experience with at least 3 years of management experience preferred.

Series 65 or 66 required, or ability to achieve within 90 days.

Experience in an operational area and/or client services required.

Passionate about client experience, open to new ideas and processes

Must be highly organized, technically strong and be an enthusiastic, effective team player.

Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to self-start, take initiative, work collaboratively, and drive results.

Excellent written and verbal communications

Experience with Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel.
