We are seeking a skilled and experienced Screen Printing Manager to oversee our screen printing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing, proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting, and experience in warehouse operations. This role involves managing the entire screen printing process, supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining inventory levels.



Key Responsibilities:

Screen Printing Management:

  • Oversee the entire screen printing process, including pre-press, printing, and post-press operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate production runs to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure production goals and quality standards are met.

Staff Supervision:

  • Manage, train, and motivate screen printing staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and address personnel issues.

Quality Control:

  • Monitor the quality of printed products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Implement quality control procedures and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.

Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory levels of inks, screens, substrates, and other materials.
  • Order supplies and maintain relationships with vendors.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient material flow and storage.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Excel Data Management:

  • Use Excel to track production data, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Ensure all screen printing equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Coordinate repairs and servicing of machinery as needed.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement improvements in the screen printing process to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety training and maintain a safe work environment.



Key Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of screen printing techniques and processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en serigrafía, dominio de Excel para la gestión y presentación de datos, y experiencia en operaciones de almacén. Este rol implica gestionar todo el proceso de serigrafía, supervisar al personal, garantizar el control de calidad y mantener los niveles de inventario.

Responsabilidades Clave:

Gestión de Serigrafía:

  • Supervisar todo el proceso de serigrafía, incluyendo preprensa, impresión y postprensa.
  • Programar y coordinar las tiradas de producción para cumplir con los plazos.
  • Asegurar que se cumplan los objetivos de producción y los estándares de calidad.

Supervisión de Personal:

  • Gestionar, entrenar y motivar al personal de serigrafía.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y abordar problemas de personal.

Control de Calidad:

  • Monitorear la calidad de los productos impresos para asegurar que cumplan con las especificaciones.
  • Implementar procedimientos de control de calidad y resolver cualquier problema que surja durante la producción.

Gestión de Inventarios:

  • Gestionar los niveles de inventario de tintas, pantallas, sustratos y otros materiales.

Operaciones de Almacén:

  • Ayudar con la recepción, almacenamiento y organización del inventario en el almacén.

Gestión de Datos en Excel:

Mantenimiento de Equipos:
