Our client is an iconic fashion brand creating the latest apparel and accessories. With their innovative, on-trend, and creative designs, you can dress effortlessly cool every day

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Personality to join our Social Media team as a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, primarily Tiktok and Instagram. If you're passionate about creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and have a proven track record of social media growth, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement highly strategic and comprehensive social media plans to ensure consumer acquisition and engagement supports the company’s overall objectives
  • Create innovative and strategic content across all social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. 
  • Track and report weekly on content performance based on audience growth and engagement. 
  • Assist in shoot pre-production, and support on set
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional departments to confirm social media campaign effectiveness and ensure social media is incorporated into all of the company’s campaigns
  • Monitor competitive social landscape, market changes, and developments and remain current of emerging industry and digital trends

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management with proven track record of growth
  • Must have previous experience creating content for a beauty brand 
  • Must have experience and must be comfortable being front-of- camera. 
  • Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Wordpress, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat savvy
  • Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies
  • Based in Miami, FL
